Vacuum is at 3.6e-6 Torr and possibly still dropping. Starting HV tests with just a tube and wire hanging down from the feedthrough. Turned on power supply and started raising voltage.

Achieved 75 kV. No sparking at any point along the way. Vacuum is around 3.1e-6 Torr. Will hold for about 30 minutes to confirm.

Held 75 kV for ~35 minutes. Ramped down and shut off power supply. Vacuum is at 2.7e-6 Torr.
