Edi Dalla Valle from vacuum group replaced the roughing pump TSG:RP1 in the morning. However, the pumping curve showed a leak: see attachment. It was suspected the VCR water line connection between the lid and the base of the target Heat Shield. After venting the chamber found the VCR connection between the lid and the base forgotten finger tight. Tighten it with wrenches and restarted pumping. |

Derek from vacuum group came and had a look, and is swapping RP1 out for one of the vacuum group pumps, then will see if they can repair ours. |
