TM#1 has been moved from the conditioning station to the south hot cell, had UC#15 installed and then moved back to the conditioning station.

I can not start the TCS pumps due to control page white out. Control group is working on this issue.

Control group fixed the white out problem. I started all turbo-pumps. The pumping down is good so far. The TM1 IG1 is broken. I will check it on next Monday. It could be a broken filament. Then, the filament will be replaced.

New UCx target is installed on the module. 70psi helium,3 minutes. NO response on LD.  LD is pumped to bottom LR and LP during test.

Stop TCS vacuum pumps . Preparing argon venting on TM1 and TCS.

7:34 AM, Disconnected TM1 at TCS, argon venting now.

TM#1 with UC#15 have been moved from the conditioning station to the west target station.

 All turbo -pumps are started.

After ITW HV test is done, TM1 has been connected to ITW. Water signals are checked in electrical room. They are good.

The ITW is configured to take proton beam.

I let isac opp switched off ITW turbo-pumps. The argon vent valve in electrical room is opened. The ITW argon venting will be started  soon.

TM#1 has been moved from the west target to the south hot cell. The target on TM#1 is UC#15.

TM#1 with UC#15 was moved back to the west station due to alpha concerns.

TM#1 with  UC#15 has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell. The target shield plug was also remotely installed as well.

TM#1 has been moved from the south hot cell to the north west silo.

TM#1 has been moved from the North West silo to the conditioning station.

I started two turbo-pumps on TM1 and one small TP on TCS. They are work fine. 

TM1 inside service cap surface and shielding plug surface are visually inspected yesterday. No rust has been found. I cleaned all rust on top of TM1  today.  Rust on TM1 silo  top plate are cleaned as well.

 I use this e-log entry for TM1 notes as well  1. TM1 IG1 is a dual filament gauge . Its filament is very close to grid now. It shorted one time during the pumping down. It still works fine so far . But, we may need to change it if we use this module in TS again.

TCS 1G1 and 1G1S are pumped to 5Xe-6 torr. IG2 stayed at 2.5XE-5 torr. Since no target is installed on module , I capped top of HS water line. Maybe, the small o-ring seal in cap is too old, I found a big leak on this seal when i use LD check it. That is the reason IG2 stayed too high. Still, Leak check and helium presuure test are fulfilled on TM1. Leak detector BLR 5XE-7 atm.cc/sec, BP 0.0XE-4 torr9.  Back up pressure is 51 mtorr which is high because of leak on HS line cap seal so LD BLR is high. At this level, Ta+-, Tube +-, MSP,  EE are good.  Other air to vacuum seal are good as well at this leak rate.  I will check and change small o-ring seal in HS cap. The TM1 is functional basically.

 TM#1 has been moved from the conditioning station to the north west silo.  There was a slight delay in the move as the limits for the hoist drum got way out of whack and had to be adjusted.

The old TM1 Source Tray from 2011 has been moved to Cyclotron basement this morning. Source tray was stored in location 10. The box was moved from the vault to the ante-room yesterday. No contamination was found on the box. Photos

Tm1 has been moved to TCS this morning. All turbo-pumps are started successfully at TCS and TM1.
