Broken cable has been replaced however a cable has hopped some pulleys inside. After two hours in cell the job was stopped with cables still off pulleys.
Alternate tooling will have to be made and the job will continue Monday. |

Disassembled the master side of the right manipulator this morning to check the wrist cable. The cable on the master side shows no sign of wear or fraying
suggesting that the slave side cable may be the item that is wearing. during disassembly of the master I did notice some loose parts that could have been
the source of the audible concern but should not have contributed to the slippage felt in the gripper. I will try and schedule Tuesday for entry into the |

Hot cell was entered for preventative mait. on left manip. field measurements around the cell were taken in prep. for window removal in January and left/south
light bulb changed.
Hottest item in the cell was the conductor block end of the TM4 febiad coil line. It was 70 mSv/H on contact and seemed to be the major source |

East manipulator on the south hot cell is showing signs of eminent wrist/tong cable failure. Some slight slippage was noted yesterday and confirmed by
a snapping sound and more slippage tomorrow. |

Aaron and I successfully completed a run through on the procedure to replace the 'Z' motion cable. I will be writing up the procedure for review and
we will be performing more run through-s for practice before the actual job. |

Bearings for the main storage vault door were lubricated on 2023-07-28. It is unknown when this was last done. It is suggested that this be a recurring
maintenance task every two years. |

Today Maico measured the thickness of three indium-plated inconel c-seals, presumably Ultra-Seal P/N 50606. These seals had NOT been in the Hot
Cell.

TCS:MP1 was tripping of intermittently yesterday. It was found by Dave Morris that the current sensor was not set correctly causing the pump on status
to flicker at times. Dave adjusted the settings yesterday. The system should be operational and is currently running normally. |

Anders and I found a low frequency issue(13hz only) on TCS TGHT flow sensor when doing TM4 conditioning. By trouble shooting, We found the module water
lines are good. the restriction cause this problem in on TCS supply or return water lines to TGHT. I switched TGHT lines with MSP water lines. The
wheel frequency on TGHT is 67.0hz which is pretty high. Now, MSP is using the original TGHT water line(flow sensor frequency 13hz). Flow sensors and |

|
Today while I was removing the SiC#43 it was noticed that the multipin guide pin was loose.
This made it difficult to remove the target, and the multipin shoulder bolts removal was required.
With the loose pin it was not possible to attach the multipin for the target C#4. |

On maintenance day Tuesday, the roughing of the target station could not go below 1.5 Torr. A brief troubleshooting on Tuesday was unsuccessful in determining
the cause. Leak checking continued on Wednesday by David and Anders. A leak was finally found on the multi pin connector feedthrough due to the seal between
the connector and flange on top of the nylon insulator. Upon re-tightening the connector, the leak could be stopped and the module pumped down to allow |

|
After Chad and Davids leak check results from the containment box it was decided to perform a leak check on the feed through stem in the service
cap. This is a known point of failure on TM1 and the same design flaw is likely in TM4. Once the service cap was open a visual inspection was performed
and some oxidization of the copper line on the tube heater (+) circuit was observed (see attached pictures). The leak check was performed with the cart |
