TM4 HS line leak checks are done, at SHC and TCS. SHC: Helium spray. TCS: Helium  pressurize 70psi.  LD base LR 0.0 X E-9 atm.cc/sec.  No leak has been found on both leak checks. 

TM4 has been connected at TCS. TCS water system has been started for TM4. TM4 and TCS vacuum pumping down is good so far.

Argon vent and disconnect TM4 at TCS.

TM3 is located at TCS and it is pumping down now. TCS water system has been started.  All TCS water lines for TM3 module internal cooling are bypassed and looped at TCS top ground plate. Water only supply to TCS high  current conductors.

Preparing vent the TCS/TM3. We will remove TM3 service tray cover plate  after venting.

TM3 service tray cover plate has been removed. It is bagged and placed to TH b2 level south wall beside the silo.

TCS and TM3 all vacuum pumps are started. Everything is fine.

Two side panels on TM2 service cap were removed for TM2 service cap inside inspection. A piece of cable tie was found inside cap closing to service tray entrance area. All blue nylon insulators are inspected. They look good. The broken cable tie is moved out of service cap.

 Panels are installed back after the inspection.

  I did helium pressure test on TM2 containment box window and HS line at TCS. @ 70psi helium  for 3 minutes, HS:2.2XE-7 atm.cc/sec., Window:1.2XE-7 atm.cc/sec. There is no change on HS. But LR on window is bigger than before that was in E -9atm.cc/sec range.  

ITW is configured to take proton beam.

TCS  cooling polyurethane lines have been re-routed to solve to HV sparking issue on old configuration between lines and bais plate.  New re-routed system is tested to 70KV without spark. No leak has been found on new lines after the test.

ECO 4369, drawings and models IRH1715, IRH1716 have been issued and released for this job. Drawings and Models are located in PDM-ISAC1 -TCS polyurethane water lines re-route folder.

Chad and I leak checked TM4 HS line after new target is installed yesterday. No leak has been found. Also, I helium pressurized the HS line at TCS this morning. TM4 HS line is good on this test. The TM4 gas line configuration on TM4 top is leak check as well. No problem.

The TM2 HS line was leak checked at SHC yesterday . 0.9xE-9 atm.cc/sec.Helium sprayed by Chad, NO leak.  It was helium pressurized at TCS this morning. Leak rat:2.5 XE-7 atm.c/sec. The result  is same as last time check. No concern.

TCS vacuum system and water system have been started as well. Everything looks fine.

TM2 has been connected in ITW. All turbo-pumps are started. Everything works fine.

Shielding plug is installed onto TCS. TCS is being pumped down to keep it under vacuum for the rest of the year.

High active water system  was  checked before restart. A small water leak on resin can supply valve was found. It is fixed. MP1 and MP2 were started and checked separately. System pressure and flow rate are normal.MP1 is in operation now. 

Eric and I finished ITE annual water interlock check. Everything works properly.

The old resin tank has been stored in silo since last year March.  Without crane the tank up, We use the pole monitor measured the field around the bottom of the tank in silo. The average contact field on the bottom is about 4.0msv/hr. @0.5meter , the field is about  900usv/hr. It is still too hot to remove it.

I stopped TCS vacuum pumps for coming TM3 move.
