Subject: TM3 service tray side panel is cleaned and installed back to TM3 

TM3 service tray side panel is cleaned and installed back to TM3 this morning. I visually inspected service tray insulators. Nothing is changed comparing to inspection before.Nine screws are installed on  panel to hold it onto TM3.
