The spent Ta#57 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target storage it was placed in pail 174 and placed in spot 8C in the vault. See attached PDF for details.

 The spent target in the south hot cell has been moved to the spent target vault. It was placed in pail 204 and placed in spot 6B. The pail is made of thicker steel and thus will not need to be repackaged later.  The ISAC spent target vault is full there is no more room for any more targets.

 The old TM#2 source tray and TM#4 optics tray have been removed from the vault and placed into the spent target storage on tray 9 which is meant for source trays.

• Drop test performed January 8, 2019 with 25 lb target, UN pail and lug cover. Drop failed. Lug cover half removed. Pictures and video in docushare collection 24626.
• Second test January8, 2019 UN pail, "new" dish cover, old lock lever ring, 25 lb target. Single drop from 1.2m onto latch, no sealant. No leaks 24 hours later. Pictures in docushare collection 24626

• Drop test performed April 2, 2019 repeat of previous test using until that was loaded in north hot cell test. Target punctured can. Pictures in docushare collection 24626.

• Drop test performed April 5, 2019 repeat of previous test with the addition of a aluminum sleeve (0.05" thick) inside the pail between pail and target.

New UN rated pail with 9.55 kg target, 1.2 kg 16 gauge Al sleeve (10.75 OD x 14.75" tall), 3 liters of water with red food coloring no sealant on gasket.

First drop standard drop test from 1.2m onto latch

Second drop test 1.2m onto bottom of pail

Third drop 1.2m onto side of pail

Drops 4-6 1.2m onto lid

Pail was left inverted for an hour after the first three drops with no leaks after 1 hour.

No leaks after the remaining 3 drops .Bottom very damaged suggesting need for protective disc in bottom of pail.

• Drop tests performed May 2, 2019 with 9.7 kg target, 1.346 kg of mixed module and target components, sleeve and disc. First drop on latch from 1.2m, no leak, second drop straight on bottom from 1.2m, no leak, third drop on side from 1.2m leak. Drop test described in more detail in document drop test witness document on docushare. Pictures and video in docushare collection 24626.

 The following targets have been moved from the spent target vault to the mini vault:

#127 - SiC#31 (front)

#132 - SiC#32 

#145 - UC#19

#150 - UC#20

#159 - UC#21 (back) 

 The spent UC#26 target was moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It was place in pail #209 and put in spot 1A in the vault and was 2.42mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

 The old TM#4 source tray in the south hot cell was moved to the spent target vault. The tray had a low of 7.5mSv/hr to a high of 22.1mSv/hr though a 390 degree rotation.

 Three of the five targets in the mini storage have been repackaged into the stronger pail.

 Another target in the mini storage has been repackaged into the new pails. With one remaining to do which will be done on Monday.

 All targets in the mini vault have been repackaged and are now ready to be loaded into F-308s. All the target pails have new numbers see attached sheet for details.

 The spent ZrC#8 was moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It was placed in pail 217 and the pail was placed in slot 3A of the vault, it was 205mSv/hr when removed from the hot cell. Also the pail was filled with junk stuff that included 

wire, a wire scanner, IMG guage, target bolts and a water block bolts. Also there are only two spots left in the vault.

 The spent target in the south hot cell has been moved to the spent target vault. It was placed in spot 1B of the vault in pail number 218. See attached for vault details.

 The targets in the mini storage have been loaded into the F-308.

 UC#28 has been moved from the south hot cell to spent target storage. The target was placed in pail number 219 and placed in spot 1C of the vault, it was 12.6mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell. Also the spent target vault is now full and can not currently accept anymore targets.

 The spent Ta#59 was moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. See the attached for details.

 The targets UC#22,23,24 have been repackaged into the newer stronger pails, and have been placed back in the mini vault with new numbers. See attached PDF for details.

 Targeta Ta#49 and Ta#52 have been repackaged anf moved to the mini vault. Ta#49 was taken out of pail number 146 and placed into pail 229. Ta#52 was taken out of pail number 152 and placed into pail 230.

 UC#29 in pail 225 was moved to the storage vault, location 6A. Field measured at 22.4 mSv/hr at ~1m. 

Repacked nSiC#1 in SHC and moved it to mini storage vault. Transferred UCx26 and UCx28# from vault to mini-storage. See attachment for vault and mini-storage inventory.
