HS line is leak checked at SHC this afternoon by helium spay. Leak detector base LR 0.0 XE-9atm.cc/sec. Base pressure 0.0Xe-4 torr. No leak has
been found. This line will be helium pressured at TCS. It had a 1.7XE-7 atm.cc/sec leak rate on 70 psi helium at TCS during last two
target checks. |

Broken tong cable on West manipulator (serial #8106) replaced.
Wrist joint with broken cable was replaced with the spare wrist joint, pre-strung with a new tong cable. Tong cable is routed the "new"

|
After waste transfer, I did a SHC field measurement from TH through top flange opening. The general field around manipulator maintenance working area
is 550 to 650 usv/hr(0.4 to 0.5 meters above table). some area on work table where target fragile material stayed before have 1.0 to 1.3 m/sv (closing
to contact measurement). The spreading of target material dusts deposited on table, and affected the whole cell field in my view. |

|
On April 2, 2024 the wrist on the SE manipulator of the SHC (Serial # 7986) was swapped with a rebuild unit originally from SW position (serial # 8106).
The "new" wrist was a wrist + tong assembled unit with the tong cable being routed if-front of the spacer A-14118 rather then behind as in all
previous replacements (see attached pictures). This change was a result of a discussion with Central Research's senior repair technician who informed us |

Roughing started at 12:06. It was believed there was a problem with the compressed air but there was none, TM1 doesn't leak and so you cannot hear
that the connection is made. |
