Started argon venting of ITW now.

ITH: MP1 has been replaced due to its poor performance.  Its motor and power cable are taken out and reused on new pump. Vacuum group assembled them together, and installed the new pump. The new pump works fine.

ITW water system maintenance is done. All working paddle wheels and coils are replaced. ITW water system polyurethane tubes are replaced as well. Two 3/8" leak small valves on return lines are replaced. 85 liters of tritium water are transferred from storage tank to B2 level holding tank. LALC water are refilled into S-tank. Restarted pump and checked system. Everything works fine now. No water leak has been found so far.  

3 damaged 24VDC plugs of TP solenoid valves are replaced. Inspected other plugs. All of them are in good condition now.

 The West Entrance module has been moved from the south hot cell to the west target station.

Entrance module has been connected back to ITW. Everything is normal.

TM4 has been moved from the Conditioning Station to ITW with UC#27 target.

ITW water interlock check is finished. Everything is good.

ITW secondary vacuum was bad in last two days after TM4 was connected in ITW. Today when check the exit 2 module, I found a small needle valve on exit 2 module top was slightly opened for some reason in past months. The valve is closed . ITW vacuum is returned to normal status.

TM4 was connected in ITW this Tuesday. See attachment for checklist.

 TM#4 with UC29 has been moved from the south hot cell to the west target station.

5 shielding blocks are moved out of itw top.

ITW water signal interlock check is done. Everything works fine. ITW 2A2 tank water signal is broken and is not ok on XT2A2  page. I will fix it next week.

  TM4 internal water lines helium pressure leak check at ITW : 70psi helium 5 minutes on  each circuits. Base leak rate 0.0X E-9 atm.cc/sec. Base pressure 0.0X E-4torr. Only B line(Oven -) has a tiny 1.5Xe-9 atm.cc/sec response on LD during the check . All others all perfect good. 

Connected LD to ITW(TM4) TP1. Base LR 0.0Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. Base pressure 0.0Xe-4 torr. All ITW primary and secondary air to vacuum seals are helium spray checked. There is a 5XE-9 atm.cc/sec leak on  exit2 module top cover plate o-ring seal. The location is on west  side, south corner of the plate. Hi- vacuum resin are sprayed to leak area, and leak checked  again. The leak is gone.   The other seals on ITW vacuum vessel are good.

ITW is argon venting now.

Argon venting of ITW is done. It took about 4.0 to 4.5 hours to vent the ITW with 2-3 psi argon. The CG4 and CG4S showed 35 to 36 torr on epic page when mechanical gauge is 760torr in electrical. Argon gas bottle is closed in electrical room.

TM4 has been disconnected in ITW. See attachment checklist.

A water leak was found on a fitting connecting ITW dump return line pressure gauge on top of exit module. TM tank flange, o-ring slot and o-ring were contaminated by water and water rust. Frank and I cleaned the flange and o-ring slot . We changed a new TM tank o-ring, vacuumed around other 3 module flanges. The leak fittings with pressure gauges were removed . I put a blind cap on removed fitting spot.. Water are switched back to ITW. No leak on blind cap.
