TM#3 has been moved back to the NE silo from the conditioning station.

 TM#3 has been moved from the north east silo to the conditioning station.

TM3 is located at TCS and it is pumping down now. TCS water system has been started.  All TCS water lines for TM3 module internal cooling are bypassed and looped at TCS top ground plate. Water only supply to TCS high  current conductors.

Preparing vent the TCS/TM3. We will remove TM3 service tray cover plate  after venting.

TM3 service tray cover plate has been removed. It is bagged and placed to TH b2 level south wall beside the silo.

TCS and TM3 all vacuum pumps are started. Everything is fine.

 TM#3 has been moved back to the silo from the conditioning station.

TM3 turbo-pumps are started at TCS. We will keep pumps running until next Wednesday.

All TCS and TM3  vacuum pumps are started successfully.

 TM#3 with no target has been moved from the north east silo to the conditioning station.

water loops are by passed on top. All bias, EE, and  EL are tied together. Started water system.

I did a HV test on TM3 at TCS yesterday. HV Ramp up speed: 1KV per 5 minutes when below 30KV,1KV per 10 minutes from 30-36KV. There is no major spark below36 KV .  I could see  lots small and big vacuum response on IG1 and PNG2 when conditioning from 30-36 KV, especially when closing to 36 KV.  However, At 36.4 KV, There is a big continuous spark occurred. It could not be stopped until I lowed the HV to 14KV. I have to ramp up from 14 KV again.  This behavior on TM3 HV test is same as before we saw. The module can not pass 36KV at present condition.  During the test., EL is tied to 60KV bias. The HV cover on TM3 top is installed. And, Service tray  cover plate is installed on TM3.

 TM#3 has been moved from the conditioning station to the centre east silo. This will be its new home after the silo switcher-roo.

 The TCS will be vented soon for TM2 move.

TM3 has been moved from the Middle-East silo to the South Hot Cell.

TM3 has been moved from the South Hot-Cell to the Middle-East silo.

TM3 was moved into SMP Oct 25 morning.  After two nights pumping down, SMP CG1 read 30mtorr this morning.  The pump is stopped. SMP will be vented soon for TM3 moving back to silo. 

 TM#3 has been moved from the south west silo to the conditioning station.

I started TCS roughing pump. TM3 TP1 and TP2 will be started tomorrow morning.

Using a long pole with a probe to spray helium on TCS vacuum seals and joints which are installed in  TCS service pit. No response has been found on leak detector during leak check. TCS is leak free.
