A video inspection of the lower service tray was performed this morning. Camera was inserted upwards into the service tray/service chase from the containment box. One potential spark mark was identified as well as epoxy not flush with insulator. Fiberglass does not extend into service tray/chase much and does not look, from initial inspection that it will be too difficult to remove.

containment box was re-installed onto TM3 on Monday, Left manipulator may be showing signs of eminent handle or tong cable failure.

Fiberglass, capton tape and tie straps have been removed from TM3.

UCx#19 has been removed from TM4 and UCx#20 installed.

UCx#19 still had water in it at pressure and sprayed when the VCR was undone. It was quickly re-tightened but not before significant water pooled beside the main Mykroy standoff and table. Contacted Anders would suggested to soak it up with some wipes and continue, which I did.

New target fasteners including high current. High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

This afternoon Ta#51 was removed from TM2 and SiC#36 installed.

All new fasteners used. High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

Isaac and Chad disengaged the slave end of the manipulator and performed a slave removal through the slave removal roof hatch. This is part of investigation into a 'Z' motion tape that is "rubbing" on its drum on the master side of the manipulator during manual 'Z' retraction of 'Z' extension.

This also was the first test of the concept of removing the manipulator slave through the manipulator hatch that was built into the roof.

The lifting bail on the slave end of the manipulator was not centered to the hatch as per design but this did not compromise the procedure at all and the procedure otherwise followed the design intent.

The in cell airline has preemptively been replaced. The hose was, as far as I know the original.

UC#20 has been removed from TM4 and put in a bucket back-filled with argon. Ta#52 has been installed onto TM4 with new fasteners. High current torqued to 130 in lbs.

Ta#52 has been removed from TM$ and UCx#21 installed with new mounting and high current hardware. High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

Entered hot cell to preform replacement of slave tong cable. Existing cable shows no signs of wear so it has been re-installed. A spare tong cable has been loaded into a spare tong while in the hot cell in preparation for next time this cable needs to be replaced.

Broken insulators ITD0053 and ITD0054 have been uninstalled from TM2.

Insulators ITD0053 and 54 have been replaced. All fasteners torqued to 56 in lbs.

TM2 containment box has been removed. Found a piece of capton tape or tubing under table (see picture).

Containment box has been replaced onto TM2, interior of containment box vacuumed, and Ta#54 installed with new fasteners (high current torqued to 130 in lbs).

The optics tray has been removed from TM4.

Tray with loop and beam shield has been inserted into the hot cell to be installed on TM4 .

The tray with window waterline loop and EF Shield has been installed into TM4.

The containment box has been removed from TM2, the Enzel lens and steerers disconnected and optics tray removal has commenced.

Tm2 containment box has been re-installed onto TM2.
