Another drum of waste was removed from the south hot cell this morning. This drum contained one 5 gal steel pail (damaged), two sodium light bulbs, airlines, and tank suits. Upon removal the drum was/is 1.5 mSv/h on contact. there was 200 counts of contamination found on the lid...easily removed. It will be moved to the north hot cell at 11am. |

I disconnected TM4 in ITE. The heat shield water circuit is purged. I closed the water supply to ITE.Now, the water system only supply water to ITW and the system pressure is 110 psi which is good.I visually checked S-tank sight glass,and the water level is stable comparing to last week. Also, I visually checked the ITW water signals strength and stability on electrical panel from electrical room.Everything looks fine. |

ITW entrance module has been disconnected. All connections are labelled before or during disconnection. The 24VDC electrical plug on ITW TP1S is broken . It will be replaced with a new plug. The lift yoke is installed onto module without difficulty. |

[edit 2023-01-03] The crane was powered back on this morning - there do not appear to be any faults and it seems that the crane was unaffected by the power outage.
The ISAC target hall overhead crane was powered off for the holidays. Note that this may result in the commonly observed PLC battery failure issue when the crane is powered back on in the new year. |
