No leak detected on either He-detector (connected directly to Service Cap) or on RGA. See attached screen shots.

A vacuum increase (air only on RGA) was seen when de-pressurizing circuit I.

Entry  Wednesday, January 07, 2015, 09:31, Anders Mjos, Conditioning Station, Development, TM2, , High Voltage Conditioning

No Source Tray installed. Loop on cooling circuit D. All other circuits blanked off.

Voltages stated below are set point voltages. These corresponds reasonably well with the local read backs on the power supplies. The read back voltages in EPICS are somewhat lower.

Wednesday, January 07, 2015, 09:16: 20 / 10 kV (BIAS / EL)

Wednesday, January 07, 2015, 09:20: Vacuum responses from BIAS 27 kV. Corresponds to each increase in bias voltage.

The TH will be locked during the TM1 conditioning time due to  an interference issue between CS HV cover and a gas analysis valve on top of TM1. A work permit has been issued for the conditioning job because of it.

Entry  Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 11:05, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM1, , electrical check on TM1 at CS under vacuum

I did an electrical check on TM1 at CS. The resistance check:A-B 3.918m ohm, A-C 5.905m ohm,A-D 4.070m ohm,B-C5.462m ohm,B-D3.633m ohm. They are very close to the check we did in SHC. The only unusual thing I found during the check is the ohmmeter reading between A and 60 KV common (6.2K )and the Megga reading between them  at 250 V which is 0. I repeated 4 times and always got the same readings. However, after so many times check, the Megga reading between A and 60KV   suddenly went back to normal(300 M at 250V) at the final check.  And,it stays at 300M now.  All other measurements are same as we did at SHC before.

There is a huge leak on TM1 containment box window. I did a 70 psi helium pressure test on all TM1 water circuits this morning. The LD base leak rate was 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec. When applying the 70 psi helium to containment box window circuit, the leak rate on LD jumped to 1XE-4 atm.cc/sec in 5 seconds.I released the helium source right away,t but the conditioning station is full of helium  molecules already, and the leak rate on LD stays at 1xE-5 atm.cc /sec.  The leak on this circuit is huge.    Other water lines are good.
