vacuum leak check on TM4 service cap in ITW was done this morning.   leak detector leak rate 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec. No leak on TM4 service cap module top.

HALCW O2 level sensor annual maintenance is done. sensor membrane has been changed and electrolyte has been refilled. gauge is calibrated. It works normal after the job.

Tm3 has been moved  from SHC to silo. the move is smooth.

TCS water system resistivity analyzer has been repaired. Two diodes and one capacitor on PS board were broken. They were replaced. Installed analyzer back and tested it in system. it works fine. Operator closed e-fault, removed force on TS5, and enabled alarm on TS5 and TC1.

TM2 has been moved from ITE to SHC. Peter did the move with Travis on help.  The move is smooth.

ABCD was dead shorted to 60kv bias during the first time measurement after target installation. Target was removed and reinstalled again with new VCR seals by Ferran.  during target removal process, short disappeared when Aaron remove bolts on CD tube heaters terminal.  leak check and electrical check result are good after second time target installation. 

Tm2 has been moved form SHC to ITE. The move is smooth.

TCS water system has been started for functional test. System parameters including  pressure, all temperature sensors, flow rate sensors, resistivity are ok. I will watch on chiller CP1/2/3 in rest of the week and make sure chiller CP1/2/ 3 auto stage in/out work fine.

TM4 with UCx46 electrical and leak check at SHC is done. Everything is good.

all water lines on TM2 have been purged. Refilled them(except HS ) with 60psi nitrogen for module silo storage before next year using. 

ITW primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check for  2025 shut down has been done. Also,TM4 internal water line helium pressure test has been finished.  Both results are normal. There are two small old leak on EXit 1 and Exit2 module top plate  o-ring under 1Xe-8 atm.cc/sec which we knoew in past years test. resin spray on leak  area reduce the leak ratee below 5Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. No concern on these small leak.   See attachment  for detail results.

ITE primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check for 2025 shut down have been done. No leak.  The TM3 waterlines helium pressure test will be done at TCS when module is there.

TM3 water lines helium pressure test  are done. 70 psi helium 3 minutes to each line( except HS which has no target on it ) . leak detector base leak rate :0.0Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. No leak on all tested water lines.Helium were purged out after test. and 60 psi nitrogen were filled in lines for storage. 

ITH:MP1 is deteriorating by watching on ITH:CG1 and CG2 readings and investigation in pit. A fault 17644 has been issued. this pump will be replaced in March when general fielding in vacuum pit is reasonable for the job.

 SMP:MP1 is started with SMP BV1 is opened. SMP is under vacuum for TM4 storage during shut down.

TM3 UCx#47 after operation electrical check  is done at SHC. The result is normal. See attachment.

A complete TM3 electrical check at TCS under good vacuum has been done. Pin 14 to 60KV only has 8K ohm on ohmmeter check , and it's about 2Kohm @250V Megga. It's low in resistivity. The pin 14 is for thermocouples only so no big concern.  The rest things are good. See attachments.

ITW/ITE pit general annual cleaning up were done. all concrete floor and TM equipment surface are vacuum  cleaned. HV cage inside and blue nylon insulators were wiped by paper.

Tm3 has been moved  from TCS to silo. The move is successful.

ITE and ITW water system paddle wheels and coils on all flow sensors in pits have been replaced. It's a SAS job.

Tom Kauss finished TH crane annual inspection yesterday. The crane woks fine. Tom has this inspection record in his file. The crane inspection tag has been issued for 2025.
