I attach new Target Hall schedules here for 2015 fall and winter runs (beam schedule 129). The TH excel sheet schedule for beam 129 is included also.

Hot cell was entered for preventative mait. on left manip. field measurements around the cell were taken in prep. for window removal in January and left/south light bulb changed.

Hottest item in the cell was the conductor block end of the TM4 febiad coil line. It was 70 mSv/H on contact and seemed to be the major source of field in the hot cell. The waterblock end of this line did not apper to be hot.

Chad and I leak checked the HS line at SHC. No leak. Leak rate 0.0xE-9atm.cc/sec.

The spent UC#13 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the ISAC spent target vault. It was placed pail #128 and in tray spot 1A. It was 21.5mSv/hr upon removal from the hot cell. See attached PDF for details.

In preparation for shipping of the spent targets five have been moved to the mini storage. The following target were moved to the mini storage, SiC#26, Ta#36, UC#9,10,11.

Lower and disconnect TM2 from crane in ITW, proceed with hooking up TM2 as per checklist with Anders. Double check flow meters and coils, reset TP1 and TP2

The febiad coil line removed from TM4 has been cut into pieces small enough to be disposed of in a 5 gal pal. The line was cut with a Ridgid Model 104 manual pipe cutter (using the manipulators of course).

This pieces constitute the bulk of the field in the hot cell and will be disposed of with the next spent target.

Rebuild handle of manipulator serial 7986 (currently in the east position) and replaced broken snap ring 5555-18h on west side of the handle underneath motion switch.

Six F-308's where received from Nordion #6,#15,#13,#16 all contained contamination. Loose contamination was removed with some fixed contamination remaining levels are low enough to allow the transport of spent targets. flasks where serviced as per Nordion Document IS/PP 0009 F308, IS/PP 0981 F308. Flasks are now located in the north hot cell area.

ZrC#7 was transfered to a spent target disposal pail today and removed from the hot cell. The "hot" end of the TM4 coil end was also disposed of in the same pail (#129)

The spent ZrC#7 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. The target was placed in pail #129 and then placed in slot 3B of the vault, it was 157mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

Five F-308s have been filled with the spent targets. The F-308s have been moved to the hall way between the north and south hot cell areas.

Decon/removal of large solid waste was performed on Wednesday November 18th."Hot" activated items included containment box cover from TM2, Febiad coil line remnants from TM4 (the hottest ends were previously cut off and disposed of), some target conductor bolts, steerer plugs from TM2, target material remn.

Drum containing these solid items is 2.5mSv/hr at 1/2m.

Drum is stored in the north hot cell temp.

Compressible waste will require another drum.

Swipes were taken of the window... 170k counts per minute of cont.

Residual fields from the remaining compressible waste were still too high (as far as I'm concerned) so I have unpacked all compressible waste looking for a "hot" item that has snuck into these items.

I have a hand full of small bolts (possible target components), a hand full of target material/dust (including an entire target disc), and some cloths that had clearly been used to wipe the table (they are black with target dust).

These items will be disposed of with the next spent target.

electronics package on left manip died completely yesterday (it has been going for a while).

Disconnected entire package and replaced with package from "spare" manipulator.

everything is back up and working.
