Hard Drive was found to be corrupted. A new HD will be installed and Windows upgraded to a newer version.

2x spacers ITD0468 1/8" THK installed to shift the wire scanner screen closer to the wire scanner. (ITD0469 1/16" THK spacers
not used).
Emittance Rig installed. Manually actuated from out -> in -> out position. No interference observed.

The ground connection between B and F (ISK4523D Rev 6) was found burnt off. It will be switched out as per CATHODE BIAS configuration (ISK4563D Rev 3)
