Variable leak valve with serial number F3-592 has been replaced by F3-649 due to regulating problems described previously by Fridhelm Ames.

The variable leak valve F3-592 has been repaired. Contaminated diaphragm was replaced. See attachment for details.

The leak valve has been tested with He and a leak detector. The leak valve could regulate in the complete range of the leak detector. 10^-11 to 10^-4 atm cc/s
