thermocouple is reading 224C, which is definitely colder than the temp from visual insepection, reading may be corrupted from contact to Heatschield |

The anode PS is turned off and connected to HV common.
the Target is connected to a -18V PS at the center support (Feed through A) for a on/off test of ion suppression
NOTE: there is a shortcut target <--> HV gnd, most propably due to the thermocouple touching something after pumping. |
