Started the cooldown for SiC#3.

All TPS optics, with the exception of TPS:Q4 cannot be turned off. E-Fault#6395 for Controls.

Same for the TSG optics: CB1, VCB1 and CBC.

Talked to Evgeniy and Kazuya. Optics are OFF now.

Venting the Test Stand.

TiC#3 will be ready to be removed in few minutes. 

Please note: water is still ON.

Target looks OK. The right leg was a bit much out of center and will be adjusted in the lab.

The torque required to loosen the bolts were measured (from left to right):

Target legs: 48 and 30 in lbs

Tube htr: 25, 30 and 25 in lbs
