The leaking 1/8 NPT(M)-1/4NPT(F) adapter on the ITW dump circuit is replaced.

Pin X was unplugged, short remained, however any slight pressure on the block towards the source tray makes the short go away.

Confirmed clearance between the EE and thr R / U coil lines as well as MSP of coil line.

Camera inspection would seem to indicate that ALL issues stem from a common location...there is a spot where both the pin X waterline and the one of the R / U waterline  contact the heat shield waterline...one on one side of the heat shield line and the other on the other side.

Dan and I moved 5 shielding blocks from ITE to block storage area. The move is smooth.

Chad and I leak checked the HS line at SHC after UCX target installation. On first round helium spray, one of VCR fitting has a leak to E-6 atm.cc/sec range. Chad tightened the fitting, and solved the problem. We leak checked both VCR fittings twice. No leak. The line will be helium pressured at CS tomorrow.

The yellow steel plug is put on SHC in TH. The spent target is inside the SHC.The field around the SHC area in TH is so high that we have put it on. It will be moved out on this Thursday just before the spent target move. 

Tony and I replaced the ITE TP4 turbo pump today. The pumping time on controller has been reset to 0. The replaced broken  pump is bagged and stored at west end of TH.

Dan and I connected TM4 in ITE. We checked all water signals on ITE cooling circuits. Everything is good.

The containment box was taken off TM2 in preparation for installation of a new coil line isolator.

ITA6272 and ITA6273 have been received from the Scintillator Shop.  ITA6274 should be ready by the end of today.

Tuesday, August 11,  insulator ITA6272 was installed onto the "pin x" line (unused plasma electrode) and tested; it seems to have successfully eliminated the shorts on that line.

Wednesday, August 12  "shunts" installed on tube heater and oven circuit and electrically  tested.

Thursday , August 13, dummy target installed.

As previously mentioned, dump target installed with new mounting and high current fasteners.

Leak Check complete and ready to move to CS at 1:30

I finished the rest TM2 connections to CS, and started CS cooling package. Everything works fine so far.

During the TM2 HV test at CS, It failed. In order to confirm there is no any water leak inside the module after the heaters and beam extraction test, I disconnected all the water lines on the TM2, and purged the water lines with pressure air. Leak detector was reconnected back to the TM2 service cap, and all water lines are pressurized with 80psi helium again each for 2 minutes.No any leak had been found during the test. All the water lines are still perfectly sealed. Also, I checked all the vacuum to air seals on the top of the module.They are good either.  Anders used the RGA  tracking the helium during the test. No leak.

TM2 was disconnected at CS. Travis and I did  electrical check before the venting. After,The module was vented and moved to SHC. The moving is smooth.

During last run， ITW dump circuit had a water leak on an adaptor below the pressure gauge. The top tank flange, slot, and O-ring were water contaminated by the leak. I removed the old o- ring, cleaned up the flange and o-ring slot, and put a new o-ring into the flange. Some  pictures will be attached in this mail later.
