Entry  Tuesday, June 07, 2016, 18:17, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, UC#16, TM4 and TCS turbo pumps are started.

TM4 and TCS vacuum system are connected.   Turbo pumps are started.  Everything is fine so far.

Entry  Tuesday, June 07, 2016, 17:14, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, UC#16, TM4 with UCx16 target has been moved from SHC to TCS.

Bill and Yasmine did the move remotely this afternoon. The move is successful.

Entry  Tuesday, June 07, 2016, 17:11, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, UC#16, TM4 UCx16 electrical check and leak check at SHC UCX_16_electrical_test.pdfelectrical_check._TM4_UCx16_at_TCS..pdf

Chad and I finished the TM4 UCx6 electrical check and leak check at SHC. Leak check result on HS line is good. There is a dead short between "Z" repellor and HS during the first time electrical check. The dead short disappeared after re- installation of UCx 14 target onto TM4. See attachment

Anders and I did another electrical check on TM4 at TCS under vacuum. See attachment 2

I did an electrical check on TM4 with the old target still installed. The number is a little bit low on 500V mega check between chassis and 60KVbias which is 146Mohm. Others are good.    See attachment

I wrote all OL to 0  in attachment 1 ohmmeter check. Please See attachment 2 for correction.

Entry  Tuesday, June 07, 2016, 11:37, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, Ta#47, TM4 has been moved from ITE to SHC

Bill and Yasmine did the move. Everything is good.

Entry  Tuesday, June 07, 2016, 11:36, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, Ta#47, TM4 has been disconnected in ITE.

Dan and I disconnected TM4 in ITE. HS water lines has been purged.

Entry  Thursday, June 02, 2016, 11:59, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Repair, TM3, , 5K mega test on TM3 5K_mega_check_on_TM3.pdf

I did a 5KV mega test on TM3.  Only5Mohm @5kV between coli line PQ and chassis(ground). It confirmed the close gap between P,Q and GE. Other lines are ok. See attachment.

See attachment for sparking signs of the water lines mentioned  above (Coil and Ground Electrode lines) in TM3 Source Tray.

PLEASE NOTE: the resistance values for A and B on David's attachment are not correct since these measurements were done after Chad removed the target and the heat-shield bracket was moved, so consequently the water lines were not at their nominal locations. Once they were back in plac,e David took another measurement and the resistance values for A and B showed also 3,000 MOhm (as it was for most of the lines). The only lines that still showed a low resistance were the Coil lines.

Entry  Friday, June 03, 2016, 11:35, Travis Cave, South Hot-Cell, Standard Operation, TM3, no target, module moved

TM#3 has been moved back to the north east silo.

The bigger leak found on MSP before was gone. Leak rate are smaller on all circuits  comparing to before.

The leak rate on 1 hour total lines test at 70 psi is better also which is 6.6 XE-8 atm.cc/sec this time.

Entry  Friday, May 20, 2016, 08:13, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM2, Ta#48, I switched off TCS and TM2 water system
