Did the start of the running year electrical checks of both TM#2 and TM#4 with no target attached to either module. TM#2 was in the south hot cell and
TM#4 is in the conditioning station under vacuum. |

The 2A3 window now has a lid, and lift yolk on it and it has been installed in the spent target vault in spot 2A. The lid is a normal unmodified and
has no sealant on it. |

Strange noise and a burning brake type smell was observed yesterday by David and Anders when running the main 20 ton hoist locally. A service call
was arranged today with Gordon Crane. No major issues were found. A more detailed summary is in the attached e-mail correspondence. Gordon
Crane will issue a formal report, but they recommend replacing both sets of brake disks and brake calipers. - Grant |

Yasmine and I did a rust inpsection on TM4 service cap inide surface and shielding plug surface. No rust has been found. Also, all steel bolts on this
surface look fine. The inside of silo held this module are rust free as well. See attachments |

The west 'Z' motion cable on the east manipulator has successfully been replaced. The job took slightly less than an hour (including inspection of the
scissor table hoses) and I received 0.075mSv. Scissor table hoses appear to be fine and also didn't "shed" or flake at all when checked by hand. |

I have moved the suspected "hot" items in the hot cell and placed them under some lead bricks. I have re-measured the fields and it has been
reducded to 90 uSv\h at the manipulator repair area and 110 uSv/h at the previous 1.82 mSv\h area. |

I have re-measured the fields in the hot cell. Fields at shield door Al cover are 101 uSv\h, in cell at the east manipulator are 245 uSv\h, and the largest
field is 1.84 mSv\h...this appears to be the high current fasteners removed from the last target. |

By retrieving data further, It has been found no directly relationship between IG1S surging and dump plug water opening. Vacuum surging is 10minutes
ahead dump water supply to circuit. SEE attachment 1. Also, The ITE IG1S start to behavior unusual in middle of Feburary. See attachment 2. Today,
ITE IG1S is still slowly climbing up. I decide to leak check ITE vacuum vessel. Before leak check, for more information and trouble shooting. I closed |
