This afternoon Ta#51 was removed from TM2 and SiC#36 installed.
All new fasteners used. High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

We do this check once a year now. Rene found a target oven reset issue during the check . He will consult with Friedhelm. The interlock check is good.

 TM#4 with UC#20 has been moved from the conditioning station to the east target station.

TM4 TP1 is replaced. TCS and TM4 was argon vented before the job.The job took about 30minutes.  I started the all turbo pumps after job. All pumps
work fine. The TCS vacuum is good.

The spent UC#19 target has been moved from the south hot cell into the spent target storage. It was placed in pail #145 and put in tray one spot C. See

TM4 TP1 was found making some noise during operation this morning. The current draw was check then. It was 1.8 A which is higher than 1.0A normal range.
The pump body temperature was higher by hand feeling. But,1.0 hour later when checking again, everything on the pump goes back to normal. It is still fine
so far. I will watch on this pump closely.

Anders started TCS turbo-pumps yesterday. The TCS and TM4 pumping down is good so far. I started TCS water pumps this morning for TCS water flow check.
2017-05-17 morning:  Stopped the water pumps. The field around the TM4 is high because of spent target in SHC. The water flow measurement
will be delayed to this Friday.

Chad and I finished leak check on HS line with UCx target installed on it.  Base Leak rate:0.0X 10^-9 atm.cc/sec, Base pressure 0.0X 10 ^-4 torr. 
Sprayed helium to VCR joints.   No leak has been found . The line will be pressurized with helium at TCS.
 Helium pressure test on TM4 HS line is done at TCS. BLR 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec. 70psi helium , 2 minutes. No response. The line is leak free.

UCx#19 has been removed from TM4 and UCx#20 installed.
UCx#19 still had water in it at pressure and sprayed when the VCR was undone. It was quickly re-tightened but not before significant water pooled
beside the main Mykroy standoff and table. Contacted Anders would suggested to soak it up with some wipes and continue, which I did.

Entry  Friday, May 12, 2017, 07:42, David Wang, Crane, Repair, , , TH crane burning smell, smoke, and big noise on east side main hoist brake assembly. 
This morning, when I prepare for today's crane check,  The crane made a very strong noise without any load during the full  speed up motion. I stopped
the crane right away, and noticed that east  side of main hoist motor area was smoking . The crane was moved to east  end. And, I climbed up to the top,
and found the smoke is coming form  brake side, and should be produced by braking. The smell is same as  before.Unless other thing is wrong,  I think

 The gap between the north face of the NHC roof block and the target hall north wall in the area where the NHC inlet ducting will be installed has
been sealed with Sikaflex 1a flexible polyurethane sealant applied over foam backer-rod.
