The conditioning station was ramped down overnight and David ramped it back up this morning. Currently trying to get it to sit stable at something higher

A complete TM3 electrical check at TCS under good vacuum has been done. Pin 14 to 60KV only has 8K ohm on ohmmeter
check , and it's about 2Kohm @250V Megga. It's low in resistivity. The pin 14 is for thermocouples only so no big concern.  The rest things are good.

 After discussion with Friedhelm it was decided to continue trying to condition the module today before moving it tomorrow. The voltage was quickly
raised until 40 kV where it was left for ~30 minutes. Sparking was minimal. It was then slowly raised to 44.3 kV it held this voltage for ~8 minutes when
the current started to climb (remained below 200uA as set as a limit in previous tesing). There was also sparking at this point. This continued for ~2.5

TM3 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station. David and I completed the move. All went well.

 A high voltage test was completed on a target free TM1 in the conditioning station. Only the turbo pumps on the target module were operational
due to phase 2 construction. Testing started at 2:51PM with the following vacuum gauge readings, 1.6 x 10^-6 Diagnostics Box, 7.4 x 10^-7 Service Cap,
2.0 x 10^-6 Containment Box. Voltage was increased ~3kV at a time every minute until 21 kV was reached with a current of 0 uA. Voltage was then increased

The turbo pumps are on. TP1 and TP2 once again timed out and had to be restarted before they would stay on.

 Testing on TM3 without a source tray was completed on 13/05.2013. All items were tied to common and the water blocks were left open at the bottom
of the module. They were left with the quick connections at the top. The vacuum was in the low 10^-6T range so this was deemed acceptable. The cooling
lines withing the cage in the target hall were shorted so flow could continue. As you will see from the results a maximum of 44kV was achieved before a

 The HV test completed on Monday was repeated today over a much longer time period. By taking longer there was slightly less sparking but once again
a maximum voltage of ~44kV was achieved. The  resistivity of the water was much higher during this run so the leakage current was less but still in
the >100 uA range. The spark that occurred during the ramp up to the maximum voltage caused the "water resistivity" limit to trip. This was

On May 16th 2013 the module was HV conditioned all day. As a result the maximum stable voltage has been increased to about 47kV (~4kV more than last
test). A maximum voltage of 49kV was achieved but the module was very unstable. Attached is the data from the testing. Note that occasionally the sparking
caused the PS to reset, it was turned back on and the voltage increased back to what it was (or lower) quickly.

 After the manipulator repair Maico installed the NiO#2 onto the target module. Once connected I completed a leak test on the HS line with
Isaac. The leak testing cart would not pump down originally (something wrong with the cart) but eventually it did start to work. The cart pumped to its
ELOG V2.9.2-2455
