ITE water  signal interlock   check is done.  Everything is good. It is a annual check we do in winter shut down time.

Using a long pole with a probe to spray helium on TCS vacuum seals and joints which are installed in  TCS service pit. No response has been found on leak detector during leak check. TCS is leak free.

TM3 TP1 and TP2 work  fine in past 4 days. During operation, The current draw on pumps were 0.7A to 0.8 A. TM3 will be moved back to silo tomorrow.

ITW water signal interlock check is done. Everything works fine. ITW 2A2 tank water signal is broken and is not ok on XT2A2  page. I will fix it next week.

With both stations in operation,ITE dump supply gauge reading is 27 psi. ITW is 20 Psi.  I adjusted ITW dump pressure to 25 psi by changing the return line side pressure relieve valve.

ITE full operation+ ITW no TM: ITE dump pressure 27psi, ITW dump pressure 27psi.

2019-01-30: Water only supply to 2A beam lines only on both side, No TM2 and TM4 in water loop.  ITE dump pressure 27psi, ITW dump pressure 27psi.

Leak check on ITE vacuum vessel is done. LD base leak rate 0.0XE-9atm.cc/sec. base pressure 0.0Xe-4torr. Sprayed helium on all ITE primary and secondary vacuum vessel seals(including TM2). No leak . Also,70psi helium  pressurized TM2 waterlines inside the module for each circuit 3 minutes. No leak on all operating TM2 waterlines.

  TM4 internal water lines helium pressure leak check at ITW : 70psi helium 5 minutes on  each circuits. Base leak rate 0.0X E-9 atm.cc/sec. Base pressure 0.0X E-4torr. Only B line(Oven -) has a tiny 1.5Xe-9 atm.cc/sec response on LD during the check . All others all perfect good.

Connected LD to ITW(TM4) TP1. Base LR 0.0Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. Base pressure 0.0Xe-4 torr. All ITW primary and secondary air to vacuum seals are helium spray checked. There is a 5XE-9 atm.cc/sec leak on  exit2 module top cover plate o-ring seal. The location is on west  side, south corner of the plate. Hi- vacuum resin are sprayed to leak area, and leak checked  again. The leak is gone.   The other seals on ITW vacuum vessel are good.

ITW is argon venting now.

Argon venting of ITW is done. It took about 4.0 to 4.5 hours to vent the ITW with 2-3 psi argon. The CG4 and CG4S showed 35 to 36 torr on epic page when mechanical gauge is 760torr in electrical. Argon gas bottle is closed in electrical room.

TM4 has been moved from SHC to TCS. No target on module. The move is successful.

TCS MP1 is started to rough out TM4 and TCS. TCS and TM4 will be under roughing only today and tomorrow. No plan to start TCS and TM4 turbo pumps this time.

Chad entered the NHC today to tighten set-screws on both slave side manipulators and re-align the West side slave. Work took place using the HC Confined Space Entry procedure. See attached checklist. WP I2020-02-27-4

Using the camera,  Frank and I inspected the broken blades in vacuum duct bending section. We are pretty sure some of  the broken parts are fallen into  bottom of entrance module and vacuum vessel since the broken pars are over on the edge of bending section. The blades rotated at high speed. Basically, They were shoot to the duct opening when they were broken from the pump. Frank and I carefully swiped all broken parts  from the edges  back to center of duct first. Then, We use vacuum cleaner sucked all broken parts out of the entrance module. We can see lots aluminum dust  during the clean up. This kind of aluminum dust also could  fallen down to bottom of module and vessel.  After clean up, We inspected duct with camera. We can see all broken pieces and dust are cleaned out.  The removed broken pieces will be stored with broken pump when the vessel bottom clean up is done.
