I stopped the conditioning station vacuum pumps. The CS is still under vacuum without venting.

TM#2 with no target has been moved to the conditioning station from the south hot cell.

I would like to post the spreadsheet of target hall schedule for beam schedule 130(Apr to Sep) first. The MS project of TH schedule for  beam schedule 130 is under construction, and will be posted later.

TM2 vacuum system has been connected at TCS. Started roughing pump. Everything is good so far.

Electrical checks of the TM#2 with the old SiC#32 and without the target. See attached PDFs.

TM2 has been helium pressure tested in ITW and TCS. They are both tested with 70psi helium, each circuit for 3minutes. 

The leak detector base leak rate: 0.0X E-9 atm.cc/sec, base pressure 0.0 xE-4 torr  for both ITW and TCS. The test results are:

I stopped TM2 and TCS vacuum pumps. It will be vented and disconnected this afternoon for tomorrow  moving.   

TM2 vacuum system has been disconnected at TCS. Venting is in process now.

TM1 and TCS vacuum system have been connected. All turbo-pumps are started. The pumping down is fine.

TM#2 has been moved from the south hot cell to the south west silo and TM#1 was moved from the north east silo to the conditioning station. All done by 10AM.

TM1 water lines helium pressure check at TCS is done. 70 psi helium was applied to water circuits. Leak detector base leak rate 0.0 x E-9 atm.cc/sec, base pressure 0.0 x E-4 torr. The result shows as below:

The results is good so far as we know the window line is leak on stem in service cap. The HS will be tested later with target on.

 The service cap air to vacuum seals also have been checked. The PNG1 panel and side round panel close to shutter are leak. The o-rings on them need to be replaced.

On March 30th -2016, I doubled checked the air to vacuum seal on the TM1 service cap. The side round panel is leak free actually. The PNG1 panel is leak at the bottom side. Confirmed.

On march 31th-2016, The o-ring(1-1/ 2275) on TM1 PNG1 side panel has been replaced today. The o-ring slot and mating surfaces are cleaned, and new  o-ring is installed. The panel is put back to TM1 and all bolts are tightened.

The results of the TM#1 electrical check from the 29th of March 2016

TM#1 has been moved from the conditioning station to the south hot cell, had UC#15 installed and then moved back to the conditioning station.

I can not start the TCS pumps due to control page white out. Control group is working on this issue.

Control group fixed the white out problem. I started all turbo-pumps. The pumping down is good so far. The TM1 IG1 is broken. I will check it on next Monday. It could be a broken filament. Then, the filament will be replaced.

New UCx target is installed on the module. 70psi helium,3 minutes. NO response on LD.  LD is pumped to bottom LR and LP during test.

Stop TCS vacuum pumps . Preparing argon venting on TM1 and TCS.

7:34 AM, Disconnected TM1 at TCS, argon venting now.

TM#4 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station.
