Travis and I completed an electrical check on the wiring harness for the devices on the ground plane. All lines passed 500V with the megger except
for PNG and the BTM steerer. Those devices had a short to ground. of ~1.4ohm.

The containment box has been re-installed and the window waterlines reconnected and leak checked.
The window lines did pass the leak check, however the leak dectoctor did not pump down past 5.8 x 10-9.
The front cover has also been reinstalled.

Further HV testing was completed today from ~2:00 until 3:00. The resistivity of the water was 11.7 - 12.7 Mohm. The EE was turned on to 1500 V

Aurelia and I investigated this current limit issue May 8th. First, By separating TM3 from TCS. we found the problem is on  TCS side. We did a Megga
test on TM3 as well. TM3 is good at 1KV megga  test. After that, The insulators between TCS to ground is test. they are  good which could hold 1G ohm at
1000V megga test. So the problem should  be on power supply side  including power supply itself ,cables and transformer. Later, Tom and John found

David W. has installed two SST Proteus flow meters, model OV7006FTA32, on ITW Heat Shield and Coil. The flow meters are connected to a power supply and
a data logger in the electrical room.
The Heat Shield flow meter has SN 00278112 and is on the Black wire pairs and connected to CH3 & CH4 on the logger.
