| Contacted Graham W. (controls) to have a look. It turned out to be a limit switch problem. Removed and reinstalled limit switch solved the time out issue. |

The keensert has been worn out and will be replaced.
The keensert was re-tapped and the block re-installed. New bolts used for TGHT connection (2x). Swagelok T connections shortened (pluged). |

The new controller (XGS-600) installed for IG6 use a different voltage to pressure conversion than the previous models. This causes a discrepancy between
values in EPICS and the value displayed on the controller. An e-fault has been submitted.
