I did a ITW water signals interlock check with ISAC opp. They are checked once a year before first beam on.
2016-04-13 Same test is done on ITE also. Everything is good. |

The high active water resistivity took a long time to recover after the upgrade to the water cooling circuit. The system needed about a month (from end February to end March) to recover to nominal values. See attached plot of archiver data.
TM1 has now been connected in ITW and the water resistivity remains > 8 MOhm cm, which should allow normal operation. However, the resin is suspected to be approaching end of life. Work is ongoing to get a new replacement resin tank. |

After ITW HV test is done, TM1 has been connected to ITW. Water signals are checked in electrical room. They are good. |

New UCx target is installed on the module. 70psi helium,3 minutes. NO response on LD. LD is pumped to bottom LR and LP during test. |

I can not start the TCS pumps due to control page white out. Control group is working on this issue.
Control group fixed the white out problem. I started all turbo-pumps. The pumping down is good so far. The TM1 IG1 is broken. I will check it on next Monday. It could be a broken filament. Then, the filament will be replaced. |

On each water circuit in side the service cap, there are 4 soldering stems which two of them are inside blue nylon insulator and other two are connected to service tray. Each stem has two soldering spots. See attachment pictures for detail location. I sprayed 15 psi helium on each soldering spots on stems for 20second on each circuit. I sprayed tons of helium inside each blue nylon.No any leak has been found during the check. The leak detector base leak rate:0.0 XE-9 atm.cc/sec, base pressure:0.0X E-4 torr. The circuit which I checked are :TA+, Ta-, Tube+, Tube-, PQ (coil 2), RU( coil1), EE, MSP, GE. The HS and window circuit are opened at this moment so they can not be checked. |
