NOTE: If cooling is required, the compressors will have to be run manually. Make sure to switch it off again when the water has reached an acceptable temperature.

The staging did not work properly this morning. Dave Morris have been contacted and will look into it.

TCS water system resistivity analyzer has been repaired. Two diodes and one capacitor on PS board were broken. They were replaced. Installed analyzer back and tested it in system. it works fine. Operator closed e-fault, removed force on TS5, and enabled alarm on TS5 and TC1.

The system works fine. All water signals to TM4 at TCS are normal. HV cover is installed on to TM4 at TCS.

TCS water system has been started for functional test. System parameters including  pressure, all temperature sensors, flow rate sensors, resistivity are ok. I will watch on chiller CP1/2/3 in rest of the week and make sure chiller CP1/2/ 3 auto stage in/out work fine.

TCS water system  five filters were changed yesterday by plant group Dan.T. Service labels on filters are updated.  No water leak after job.

TCS water system filters annual replacement has been done. Plant group Dan Tower finished the job and updated the inspection tags .

 TCS water system worked fine overnight. I turned off TCS water system at 6:16 AM this morning. Start of purging TM2 water lines for helium pressure test again this morning.

2016-4-28 7:58AM. Disconnected TM2 water lines at TCS. Purged them with compression air each for 5 minutes. 

Argon venting on TCS and TM2 is processing

Plant group changed TCS water filters last Friday. 4 filters on resin can inet /outlet sides and filters(4 in one cartridge house)on pump return line have been changed. Triumf maintenance tags on filters have been updated. No water leak after job. The TCS TK2 water level dropped  from 20" to 16" because of the job. I will refill the level to 28" today. 

TCS:TK2 is refilled to 28".

TCS was argon vented this morning between 7:00 to 8:30 am before module was moved to ITE.

TCS was argon vented this morning between 6:00 and 7:30am for TM4 moving to ITW.

TM3 TP1 and TP2 work  fine in past 4 days. During operation, The current draw on pumps were 0.7A to 0.8 A. TM3 will be moved back to silo tomorrow.

All turbo pumps are started. 

The tCS will be vented soon for TM2 move later this week.

Anders started TCS turbo-pumps yesterday. The TCS and TM4 pumping down is good so far. I started TCS water pumps this morning for TCS water flow check.

2017-05-17 morning:  Stopped the water pumps. The field around the TM4 is high because of spent target in SHC. The water flow measurement will be delayed to this Friday.

TCS and TM3 all vacuum pumps are started. Everything is fine.
