The conductance check on the electrical check was found to be outside of accepted values for the TBHT at 7.0 mOhm. A successful attempt to reduce the conductance was made by re-tightening the bolts on the TGHT legs in the SHC. Grant operated the manipulator and torqued the bolts to about 1/8 of a turn with the air ratchet. The conductance across the TGHT (A-B) could be improved from 7.0 mOhm to 6.2 mOhm by re-tightening the bolts. The value is still somewhat higher than usual, but was deemed to be acceptable. Measurements attached.

TM#2 has been moved from the north west silo to the south hot cell. The module has a field of about 3.1mSv/hr when it was lowered into the hot cell.

TM#3 with NiO#2 moved from ITE to the south hot cell.

TM#3 with no target has been moved from the south hot cell to the north east silo.

NiO#2 has been moved from the south hot cell into spent target storage. It was placed in pail 111 in slot 3C of the storage vault. It was 76.4mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

TM#3 with no target has been moved from the north east silo to the south hot cell.

The bad thermal motor protection relay for the crane has been replaced with a new unit. Crane was tested in pendant(local) operation and all drives worked.

TM#3 with no target has been moved from the south hot cell to the northeast silo.

The blocks have been removed from the west target station. The fields at the top of the target pit at the railing at waist level is about 80uSv/hr, Turbo pumps are about 805uSv/hr, backing lines for the turbos about a 1mSv/hr and the average field in the area of work down in the pit is about 600 to 750uSv/hr. The proton beam went off at 10:45 on December 2nd, these measurements were done at 09:00 on December 3rd.

Another set of field measurement was done at the west target station. At the top of the west target station at the railing the field ranged from 50 to 70 uSv/hr. The turbo pumps had field of about 650uSv/hr, the area over the dump was about 750uSv/hr, the area over the HV cover and the south side was about 450uSv/hr. These measurements were done at 13:15 on December 3rd.

TM#4 with Ta#41 has moved to the south hot cell, the move it self was uneventful but, the fields on the module are extremely high when lowering it down into the south hot cell the module had a maximum field of about 392mSv/hr. The shield plug was also installed remotely as well due to the 12mSv/hr field at the top of the west target station due to shine from the dump.

TM#4 with UC#8 has been moved from the south hot cell to the east target station.

Electrical check was done on TM#4 without a target and with the UC#8 target on see attached PDF for results.

The spent Ta#41 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target storage vault. It is an unnumbered pail (should be pail 112) and placed in spot 7A of the vault it had a reading of 536mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell. See attached PDF for vault details.

TM#4 with UC#8 has been moved from the east target station to the south hot cell.

TM#4 has been moved from the south hot cell to the north west silo.

UC#8 has been moved from the south hot cell to the vault storage. It was placed in pail 113 and placed in slot 8A of the vault. The field was 9.2mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

TM#2 has been moved from the conditioning station to the south hot cell.

Targets NiO#1(101), Nb#5(85), TaC#1(92), and ZrC#5(81) have been moved from the storage vault and placed in the mini storage. The F-308 flasks have also been moved in to the target hall as well. The attached are the current statuses of both vaults.

All targets in the mini storage (4) have been moved from there and placed into the F-308s and those have been moved to the mech services room.
