You can change the files called 'latest' in:

/MIDAS/experiments/tuda/VMEconfigs

and 

/MIDAS/experiments/tuda/VMEsetups

to change/add ADC, TDC, scaler, etc. modules in the VME crates. Restore these files in the VME MODULES CONFIGURATIONS in MIDAS.
