The valve closes physically, but does not receive the closed signal.

Cycled the valve multiple times before finally showing closed state.

The PLC CPU came out of the socket around 11:50am today (Dave Morris). The CPU had not been properly attached. This resulted in full stop of all power supplies and vacuum pumps.

Restarted vacuum pumps at 12:10pm (20 min later).

Thursday, February 19, 2015, 13:27: The performance of RP1 has degraded. Edi flushed some air through, which helped a bit. It now takes longer to start up.

RGA stopped working. Likely after a spark yesterday.

TSG:RP1 backing line pressure is >200 mT. An e-fault has been submitted to have the roughing pump replaced.

Friday, April 24, 2015, 13:13: Pump replaced by vacuum group.

 Power supply did not work after high voltage conditioning. On Friday May 1st John Chow replaced the power supply with a 12 V 100 A power supply temporary while the other supply is being repaired. EPICS controls have not been adjusted.

Everything shut down, while EPICS showed everyhing to be on.

Controls group (Dave Morris) has reestablished contact. System is operations.

Dave Morris re-established contact with controls. (PLC IOC was down).

 The service cap has been reconfigured (colling and electric) to be compatible with the TM2 Source tray. Coil- is E & F , Coil+ is G & H.

 A gauge and a valve was installed on the roughing line to the large turbo pump

found TSG:TP1B tripped off. Closed TSG:BV1B as pressure at TSG:iG1 was rising. Pressure is coming down again.

Found the control cable not completely inserted. Inserted cable, which tripped TP1A. Started both turbo pumps again.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015, 09:56: Stopped turobs. BV1B does not close when TP1B is switched off. Requested Dave Morris to look into it. All remaining BVs close when TP is swithced off in TMS and TSG sections.
