When turned ON it was not going higher than 3.6A (EPICS/front panel).  Kazuya checked the connections at the back and also the EPICS/PLC/PS  input/output
signals. He compared these values with the similar once of  the TSH:TBHT PS  (which is also a Xantrex PS 10-600). E-Fault 6275
It turned out to be the connections on the top of the ion source box: the target heater was not connected and the power supply was not seeing the

Wednesday, January 31, 2018, 09:50: A wire (B - F) was too close (Almost touching) to the EZL and had visible sparks during HV tests 1 & 2. The wire
was adjusted to sit higher. and away from the EZL

The vacuum on TSGIG1 reads 2.85e-07. Turing on water on teststand and observing any changes in vacuum pressure.

Thursday, September 13, 2012, 08:16: Opened up cooling water. Vacuum (IG1) increased from 5.9E-7 to 6.2E-7 before returning to 5.9E-7. Similar response
on IG6 (valve closed). Response is however similar to previous (short time ~5 min) vacuum fluctuations.

to be coming from hose barb soldered connection to heat sink of pass bank. Pass bank will need to be disassembled and heat sink soldered on a workbench.

Determined on Friday April 16th that the water leak was on the coil negative circuit. This was determined by circulating water through once circuit at
the time. Only HF and GE tested (not Extraction Electrode).

 The Swagelok fitting on the return side of the flow sensor for the HS circuit was tightened to stop the leak. See e-fault 8650
