Leak found on the Ne supply line. 1E-4 - 1E-5 range. Replaced fittings. Had to use one brass piece. Leak rate 6E-9 (probably due to Ne response). No response to He.

Leak rate around low E-8 with regulation valve open.

When closing the HV rack, an air supply leak developed on the manifold for the valves. Shut off air supply. Valves still operational, but requires opening up air supply to actuate.

Aluminum oxide found inside TSHSV1 and the copper line to TSHUHV1.

SV1 replaced and copper line cleaned.

• gas lines purged with air for 60 min (through TSHUHV1 and TSHSV4).
• gas line allowed to fill with nitrogen to 300 torr and evacuated. repeated 3 times.

A new turbo has been installed. Eddie said the other one had crashed but not catastrophically. He recommends the test stand be wiped clean before pumping because there is a fine layer of Aluminum dust on the chamber base.

Restarted the PC at the Test Stand.

Restarted the Archivers; currently pumping down the separator area.

turbo pump TSG:TP1B has tripped off. Cannot be restarted. Fault report to vacuum. Everything switched off again

heater ramping up again with Ne leak closed.

A big vacuum excursion tripped the source off at about 1am. The vacuum did not fully recover afterwards only down to about 1.3e-6T. Ne leak has been closed and vacuum went down to 6e-7T within a few minutes. After the trip the current of the magnet stayed constant. Fluctuations may have been caused by high voltage sparks.
