 Friday, March 15, 2024, 13:19:  Gradually increased BIAS to 25kV, then up to 50kV more slowly. Accompanied by increase in EZL voltage.

Friday, March 15, 2024, 13:50: Periodically increased BIAS voltage in 100V increments watching for sparks. Decrease BIAS whenever sparks. settled at 51.5 kV (cannot increase further without sparking), left at high voltage.

Friday, March 15, 2024, 15:48: Decreasing BIAS to 10kV 

Friday, March 15, 2024, 16:28: ran coil at 80A until vacuum recovered.

Wednesday, March 20, 2024, 14:47: Target assembly was removed today and the tube from the inlet to the calibrated leak was replaced. Now reinstalled, roughing. Gas was turned on at ~0.2 bar during roughing. No effect on vacuum.
