Friday, January 19, 2024,  15:00: after troubleshooting for quite a while, we fixed the problem by resetting/reconfiguring the canbus controllers. IOC reset did not help the problem and nor did power cycling the box 2A-5, which is believed to be routed to the hall probe.

noted that resetting the IOC did trip the BIAS and drop it to 0V.

Friday, January 19, 2024, 16:36: BIAS brought down to 0V over 15 min. auto cooling initiated at -1A / 30s
