Tuesday, January 21, 2020, 13:42: The RGA was unable to connect. Typically connects on COM4, however it did not register. RGA Offline.

Brought in a separate RGA. Was able to connect & see the 2nd RGA ID on COM4. Removed 2nd RGA.

We likely need to replace / repair our communication chip again.

Wednesday, January 22, 2020, 13:21: The chip was replaced and the RGA reinstalled, however, the RGA is still no connecting on COM4.
