-Open gas lines & auto ramp (If using HV, close up the back)

-HV on

-Close SV5, SV4, SV3 when ready. Wait until stable. Take measurement (1/2 hr approx)

-Turn down HV. Interlock, leave heaters on.

-Turn on mini pump.

-Open, SV4, SV3 carefully.

-Open MP valve. Wait 15 min. Close MP valve

-Carefully open SV5. Quick open & shut. Monitor vacuum 7.0e-06T trip limit.

-Monitor / record. Carefully open & close until stable.

-Close up TS w/ interlock

-HV on again & test.
