Wednesday, March 29, 2017, 15:15: DAC power supply appears to have failed. Pop sound and electrical smoke/smell noticed.

Tuesday, April 04, 2017, 14:15: Kepco BOP 500M power supply replaced with back up Kepco BOP 500M.

Tuesday, April 04, 2017, 14:32: No response from new power supply. All connections in OK. Further inquiry required.

It has been determined, due to the damage shown in the uploaded pictures, that theis power supply will need replacing.
