Subject: New purging valves installed on Heat Shield water circuit 

The Heat Shield circuit can now be separately purged for water. Use valves on heat shield circuit to purge the lines for target exchanges from now on.

All paddle wheels have been rotated to allow trapped air to escape the system more easily.
