Turned off the HV and locked up the transformer. Isolated the ion source box. The target is under vacuum and the water is still on.

- Target was visually inspected and found to be ready to go online.
- No burn marks found on the 9-pin connectors.
- Pumping down. Target will be stored under vacuum for now. Target is scheduled to go to Hot Cell on Oct. 20th. Electrical connections (target/tube heater + coil) are not connected
