Monday, July 29, 2024, 15:30:  ramping up, relatively frequent sparking beginning at 24kV. Ramped down.  (also noticed that internal test wires were shaking due to high voltage bias)

Monday, July 29, 2024, 15:58  after a five minute period of stability, beginning to increase bias in 100V increments. 

Monday, July 29, 2024, 17:35   sparking is too frequent (decided at 24kV) to warrant attempting to condition HV up to 30kV. must determine the cause of this sparking. thus cooling target overnight.  will remove internal wires and reheat.

Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 08:32 after cooling, test stand was vented, wires removed, and subsequently pumped down. 

now beginning TGHT TBHT ramp to 580 230 at 1A/30s

Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 10:02  during TGHT TBHT ramp, HV was slowly increased to 35kV to assess high voltage stability. Throughout, and at 35kV, there were no sparks seen at all.

 Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 13:50   target at 580 230. increasing bias. 

Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 14:45   at ~24kV, the bias is sparking approximately every 4 minutes. 

Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 17:28  When sparks slowed, bias was increased, but ultimately the sparking behaviour persisted. The bias was then dropped down to 0 and TGHT TBHT cooled at -1A/30s to 0A for target removal tomorrow.
