Subject:	ITW:TP3,TP4, TP1S TP4S have been started since March 06th.

To prevent TP bearings seize during shut down, ITW:TP3,TP4, TP1S TP4S have been started since March 06th. They work fine. The plan is to switch them off this Thursday, and restart them in May before ITW in use.
