The linear actuator used for the Y-motion motor assistance on the spare telemanipulator was replaced and tested. It was observed around September 2021 that the former one which was installed was causing fuses to blow for the main 120 VAC power supply in the control box.  During this repair it was noted that the Y-axis electrical translation is locked out when the Z-axis is in the fully retracted position (i.e. the Z-axis limit switch engaged). I have made a note of this in the operator manual (CRLD-1046-B Rev1 ) which can be found in docushare collection 26780
