During last run， ITW dump circuit had a water leak on an adaptor below the pressure gauge. The top tank flange, slot, and O-ring were water contaminated by the leak. I removed the old o- ring, cleaned up the flange and o-ring slot, and put a new o-ring into the flange. Some  pictures will be attached in this mail later.
