Re-Cap:  On June 13, 2011, the milling jar gasket seal partially came out during the high speed milling (400RPM), and the ball mill was contaminated with UO2/C mixture (See TIS/Target Production message ID#9, UCx#2, for more details).

Today, the ball mill was successfully re-commissioned.  RPG's helped to take some air samples during the commissioning, and nothing above the background was detected.  The cold-lab is now re-open back; no booties are required.  The commissioning plan and commissioning report are available on DocuShare.
