10 TaC coated Ta caps, wrapped in graphite foil.

2 TaC coated Ta springs .

All mounted inside a target boat with enclosed ends.

Good vacuum = 3.0 e-3 Torr

Bad vacuum = 5.0 e-2 Torr

Will heat up to 1800-1900 C and keep at Temp for four hours

OMEGA slope = 0.990

*Note that the turbo pump has been replaced and this is the first EVAP2 operation after replacement*

Upon examination the caps and springs did not appeared coated.  The camera was not online so the current used was based on previous elogs.  It may have evaporated TaC due to over temperature.

The materials will be cleaned, recoated and resintered.
