Target boat is loaded with coated TaC end caps for sintering.  Target boat is wrapped with 3 Ta-heat shields.

Vac @ 3.72e-6 Torr.  Stepping up TGHT to 90A; pressure starting to increase.

Evaporator tripped twice when TGHT was at 90A and 85A.  Lowered TGHT to 75A.

TGHT was on auto-heating and reached to 580A yesterday evening.  The auto cooling began at mid-night after heated for a few hours. 

The chamber will be vented shortly.
