A TaC coated target container  was loaded with a graphite cartridge with UCx

The target container has 3 heat shields

IGP1 = 1.9596e-6 Torr

Autoramp set up to:

TGHT= 1 A/min to 425 A (same current used to reach 1900C in evap2 when sintering TaC coating - e-log 241 evap2)

TBHT= 1 A/min 230 A

The limits are:

Good vacuum 5e-5 Torr

Bad vacuum 8e-5 Torr

After 4 hours at maximum current, the current was ramped down at 1 A/min for both.

EVAP1 was vented with Ar, and the target oven was removed to access the Ta cap.

The Ta cap difference in mass was 0.002 g
